We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization committed to bringing awareness about cyberbullying, i.e. (Knock-out challenges/ Blackout Challenge) and helping families cope with grief after losing a loved one. We have established a scholarship fund for local college-bound students in the DC, MD, and VA areas to further their future educational goals.
The Matthew E. Minor Awareness Foundation was created to honor 12-year-old Matthew E. Minor. He transitioned on March 7th, 2019. Matthew passed as a result of the Knock-Out online challenge
Matt, as he was affectionately known, was the kind of kid that helped anyone he met. He showed new kids around the school. He was considered the "ambassador" of his academy for his likability & openness.
We sincerely believe that with your help, we can bring awareness to Cyberbullying & Cyber-dares, Black-out, and Knock-out challenges. We strive to raise funds for our scholarship fund to help college-bound students with scholarship money for their future educational goals.

All Donations Are 100% tax Deductible
